We never adopted the shortcuts. The pasture was never sprayed, the cattle were never pushed onto grain, and no animal ever saw a feedlot. What looks like restraint is really just refusing to do the wrong things — and letting grass, sun, and time do the rest.
The result is honest beef: 100% grass-fed and finished, nutrient-dense, and traceable to one family farm that has worked this land for more than 140 years.
